For hair with high product usage or build up or fore once a week maintenance:

Start with a quarter-size dollop, work into wet hair from roots to ends.
Bring to a lather then rinse.
Repeat.
Shampoo a third time using:
Richly Moisture Shampoo for moisture or
Body Volume Shampoo for Volume and body.
Follow with your Colure Conditioner.
To prevent build up.
